We are blessed every year to be able to give one of our amazing foals to a follower of our Third River Ranch Facebook page! 2022 was another terrific experience for us as we were able to give our foal, which they nicknamed “Preacher,” to Caitlyn McCollum and her sweet family. They live on a working ranch and are very familiar with horses, how to train them and how to bring out the best in them. We can’t wait to see how this family bonds with “Preacher.”
We do allow our giveaway owners to name their horse, so they chose to name him TR Shines for Christ! We love this name and it fits the family as they have a ministry named “Ride for Christ Ministries.”
We are already looking forward to next year’s giveaway as we get to meet some of the most amazing people!
