Our Story: Over 50 Years in the Making
Third River Ranch didn’t happen overnight. It began with a young boy named Tex who fell in love with horses. In 1965, that lifelong passion became a reality when he purchased his very first registered mare—a Poco Bueno bred mare.
From that single mare, Tex and Linda built a legacy, staying fiercely loyal to true foundation Quarter Horse bloodlines. What started as a personal passion for roping and riding with our children and grandchildren has grown into something much bigger: an opportunity to share these incredible horses with you.
