Deposit
Buyer shall pay $500 to reserve any horse we list for sale, pending weaning.
Online Deposits
Third River Ranch provides the option to reserve any horse listed for sale, by submitting online deposit. Full purchase price is listed for our horses, but online payments are for Deposit to Reserve, only.
Refunds
Deposits are Non-Refundable, unless the reserved horse gets hurt or injured in any way before pick up.
Purchase Price
Buyer shall pay the Seller the listed price for reserved horse, minus any deposit paid.
The full purchase price (minus deposit) shall be paid in cash or certified funds upon tender of delivery of the horse to the buyer.
Transfer of Possession
Seller shall tender possession of the Horse to Buyer at the Horse’s location upon receipt of the Purchase Price from Buyer.
Upon Seller’s receipt of the Purchase Price, in full (minus deposit) Seller shall provide Buyer with Horse’s Registration Papers, if any, and all documents necessary to transfer registration of the horse from the Seller to the Buyer.
Assignment/Transfer of Agreement
NO party may assign or transfer this Agreement without written consent of the other party.
Ownership/Encumbrances
There is no lien or encumbrance on any Horse listed For Sale by Seller
Seller is the sole owner of Horse and has the authority to enter into this agreement.
