DRIFTING DAISY DUKE AKA “DAISY”

About

🌸 Sweet Daisy is Looking for Her Next Adventure! 🌸

With so many incredible up-and-coming junior mares joining our remuda, we have to make some tough cuts—which means an amazing opportunity for you to own a total sweetheart.

Meet Daisy:

• The Perfect Companion: She has a golden temperament and is just as sweet to her herd mates as she is to people. She does wonderfully whether she’s in a group or on her own.

• Easy Keeper, Easy Catcher: No pasture games here! Daisy is always friendly and will walk right up to be haltered in the wide-open pastures.

If you are looking for a gentle, easy-going soul to join your horse family, Daisy is the one.

We acquired this beautiful palomino mare from one of our buyers after a back leg injury limited her ability to be ridden for long distances. Given that she is double-bred Driftwood on her dam’s side, we knew she had far too much heritage to pass up, so we welcomed her into our breeding program. She has a wonderful disposition and is incredibly easy to get along with.

Pedigree Note (Via the AQHA): Driftwood was legendary for producing profitable, athletic roping horses that stood up to the pressures of heavy hauling and demanding rodeo arenas. He consistently sired fast, calm-natured horses with beautiful conformation. Notable progeny include Driftwood Ike, Poker Chip Peake, Henny Penny Peake, and Speedywood.
