Pedigree Breakdown

This mare carries an exceptional genetic legacy, blending legendary working cow horse lines with proven racing speed—traits she consistently passes on to her offspring.

Dam’s Side: Foundation Speed & Disposition

• Peter McCue / Count Peppy McCue: A foundational AQHA sire renowned for unmatched quarter-mile speed, Peter McCue produced generations of champion racehorses and elite working ranch horses.

• Leo / Leo’s Sundancer: Leo sired over 400 registered foals, including 14 champions and multiple speed record-holders. He was famous not only for producing top cutting and racehorses, but also for passing down his trademark gentle disposition.

Sire’s Side: Performance Royalty & Cutting Legends

• Diamonds Sparkle: An outstanding show horse and legendary AQHA broodmare. She was inducted into the NRHA Hall of Fame in 1996 and the AQHA Hall of Fame in 2007.

• Doc Bar: A legend who revolutionized the cutting horse industry (AQHA Hall of Fame, 1993). As ranch manager Charlie Ward famously noted, “His colts are all uniform and possess a lot of sense. They’re easy to train, they have a lot of natural ability—every one of them is cowy.”

• Poco Bueno: An AQHA Hall of Fame inductee (1990) who sired 405 registered foals, including 36 AQHA Champions and 3 NCHA Hall of Fame tools. Trainer Bob Fagan praised him as the greatest horse he ever worked with: “He was easy to handle. Gentle. And smart. Nearly all his colts were the same way.”
