Wimpy P-1 was first American Quarter Horse to be registered and is 100% Foundation. Siring 174 foals, he is a legend and his line includes Superior Halter Offspring, Superior Performance Offspring, AQHA Champion Offspring and NCHA Money Earners, as well as Register of Merits for Performance Offspring.
Born on the King Ranch in South Texas, Wimpy was shown in the 1941 Fort Worth Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show, where he impressed judges and was awarded the coveted No. P-1 in AQHA's first stud book.
